There Is No Plan For You To Come in And Suffer

I heard this quote on Twitter and evidently it's a quote from Kryon. And it is so true! If you talk to, or rather listen to, people around you, you will hear that people are not always happy about their life, work and circumstances.

And, a lot of people find it difficult to put an end to all they don't wish. Captured and enprisoned by our Hidden No's, such as daily life, a lack of Me-time, energy and fear, we sort of forget sometimes we are here to be happy. Not to suffer.

One of the crucial things you can do to review "your plan to come in" is to take Me-time. Me-time enables you to truly think about you, your dreams, goals and wishes and to unravel what's blocking you.

Do you take enough Me-time? Are you living the life you wish? Do you know what's keeping you from your Ultimate Self?
