Counselor at Camp Mogisca, at the Delaware river, in Glen Spey, NY, USA - fell in love with USA and visited USA every year as of then, to see my favorite campers Stacey and Robin Cloninger, their parents Sue and Jim and their lovely dog Sonia

1990 - 1995

Organisational Consultant and Clinical Psychologist at SHELL Inc. - developed a unique method, called “Rausch Method” by management, work councils and unions, to improve wellness and wellbeing as well as decrease costs and absenteeism dramatically: the best of both worlds!

1992

Two months’ traveling through USA - visited most of the USA, fell even more in love with the USA

1995 - 1997

Organisational Consultant and Management Trainer - redesigned major companies such as Heineken Inc. and ECT; health and energy clients and developed and gave management training and coaching

1997 - 2000

Senior Industrial and Organisational Expert and Occupational Specialist MBA for SHELL Inc.: further development and execution of “Rausch Method”, resulting in improvement of wellbeing and wellness, reductions of absenteeism up to 8% and staffing cost reductions by 40%; trained and coached HR and Wellness experts in “Rausch Method”.
