Highly successful development, set up and management of ECT’s outplacement company based on Gregro Rausch’ ABL Method®; trained and coached all outplacement parties involved and counseled more than 200 outplacement candidates and their families.

The Netherlands and Germany - set up HR Management in The Netherlands and Germany; Led the integration of Dutch and German productionsites; Advised Business group Management and Works Councils on employee relations, wellbeing, wellness, German legal practices, expatriate issues; Extended Corporate Management Development Program to Germany and designed, implemented and standardized Global occupational Health strategy, policies and instruments
