2005 -
Strategic HR Project Director DSM Inc. Global: steered HRM Governance, HRM Compliance, internal control and human resource management as a HR Leadership team project director; Strategised and implemented Talent Recruitment, Talent management and development, Pruning and Employee Retention; HR management of Business Groups “New Business Development and Innovation” and “Purchasing”; Set up and managed DSM Global Recruitment team, recruited over 400 talents; designed roadmap and execution strategy for Program AIR (attraction, induction, retention) in cooperation with INSEAD; integrated newly acquired business units into the Global DSM HR Governance structure; developed HR and Recruitment tools and coached and trained HR, compliance and health professionals world wide; developed HR trainingsprogram for DSM Corporate to train and coach HR professionals through all HR organisational levels.
2008
Sabbatical in Portsmouth, NH, USA, where I became enchanted by the American Dream and my ideas for The Ultimate Self and U! The Virtual Coaching Center were born.
2009
Back to Europe, working 16/7 to further develop The Ultimate Self and U! Virtual Coaching Center.
