Towards The Best Of Both Worlds

All companies, big or small, and all entrepreneurs wish to build a high-end ánd cost-efficient organisation. One that sustainably survives times of crisis and can also handle business growth when the opportunity arises. One that combines cost efficiency with high-end organisational wellness and employee wellbeing. One that is able to effectively reduce costs and hold on to talents, their future leaders.

In 1990, Liliane Rausch developed a unique Organisational Change and Wellness method for companies “to have the best of both worlds”.

This method ensures cost savings and reductions to go hand in hand with organisational wellness and employee well being - even in times of recession and major workforce cutting. The method was warmly embraced by management as well as employees, work councils and unions and received the nickname “The Rausch method”.

In the years after, Liliane refined and expanded her “Organisational Change and Wellness method”, with fields such as Human Resources, Compliance, Program and Project management, Talent Management, Management Training and Development, New Business Development and Innovation.

In 2000-2002, Liliane bundled forces with Gregor Rausch, the creator of the ABL Method®, and built an outplacement company for a well-known Dutch company, in which people received unique outplacement services, entirely based on the ABL method®.

In addition, Liliane applied the method also to the coaching of executives, managers, teams and employees - to successfully coach them through major career transitions, such as demotion, promotion, burn out and outplacement or to help improve personal and professional effectiveness and performance.
