The Ultimate Self

The Ultimate Self and U! Virtual Coaching Center were created by me, Liliane Rausch, over a period of two years. Technically, TUS is an independent Dutch company, based in Zwolle, The Netherlands, but TUS works globally in TUS unique coaching center, called U! - the one and only Virtual Coaching Center in the world.

TUS and U! are based on my passion and the American Dream that enchanted me during my sabbatical in Portsmouth, NH, USA. “There is no need to settle for less, Dare to Dream and Aim for the Ultimate. Always.”

TUS offers high-end quality and professional coaching, training and consultancy to people and organisations - in a unique way and with a personal touch! All TUS and U! stand for is based on my 20+ years of working experience, 40 years of life experience (in fact, it’s 42 by now) and 10.000’s (!) of interviews with people I had the luck to meet, befriend, learn from and enjoy - both personally and professionally during my multiple careers in consultancy, management training & development, organisational wellness and employee wellbeing, coaching and human resources.

All TUS and U! offer is based on self-developed methods that proved to be succesful in life and work. TUS and U! are “one of a kind”, offering you or your company A New Way Of Coaching.
